When Kia refreshed its brand in 2021, it called for a website that reflected the evolution. We completely retooled Kia.com—enhancing UX, design, and content—to create a refined and seamless digital experience.

As a Senior Copywriter on the Creative Team, I helped shape Kia.com’s tone and voice. Working with Strategy and UX, we created landing pages highlighting Kia’s innovations, safety, and sustainability—playing a key role in the site’s transformation.

Kia.com shot from #12 to #1 in J.D. Power’s automaker website rankings—plus a 451% spike in homepage engagement.
